Juliana Residence Curaçao - Your Villa

The semi-detached villa’s (‘townhouses’) are situated on large lots and offer a spacious living space. The have a floor plan of about 200 m2 (about 2200 sq. ft) and therefore offering much more room than any other holiday accommodation in this price range.
The 3 bedrooms can sleep 6 people and in one of them we can place a children’s crib. The two villa’s are situated side-by-side, so you can rent them together if your party is more than 6 people.

Situation
The 12 villas in this closed community are built circular around the central green zone with a large pool in several depths. The distance from your villa to the pool is 20 meters (75 ft) maximum. The pool has a wide stairway and a sitting area just below the waterline. Water temperatures range between 28 and 32 degrees Celsius, so really warm year round. Many tropical plants are in this green zone around the pool area.

The semi-detached villas have a nice tropical garden around three sides of each villa. Each villa has two covered terraces, one in the front and one in the back. So, you will always find a sunny or shady spot.
You can park your car on the premises of the villa.

Lower floor
Entering the front door, you’ll be in the large living room with cathedral ceilings. Because of that the living room appears even larger than it already is. The living room is decorated in nice colors and has a comfortable seating area and other furniture you may expect in a luxury villa like this. There is a separate corner with a DSL-internet connection (prepaid system, cards are widely available). So no problems to maintain the contact with your friends or check in for your return flight. You can do it all from your own villa.

In the living room there is a satellite LCD-television with DVD-player. A small DVD-library (most of them in English language) is also available so you can enjoy a movie or so if you like. Furthermore, we provide free HBO-movie channels.

Adjacent to the living room you arrive in the well equipped full kitchen with all kind of appliances: a large stove, a oven, microwave, a large side by side fridge with iced water tap and ice-cube making facilities, a toaster, blender, water heater and a coffee machine. A dishwasher makes dining in your own home very comfortable. We also provide a washing machine to do your personal laundry.

A separate dining room in the back of the lower floor has a table for 6 people. From this dining room, you can open the two doors leading to the back terrace. You can have your meals inside or outside, whatever you prefer. Beside a large dining table there is also a comfortable lounge set on the porch.

Finally, one of the three bedrooms is located downstairs. It has a bath of its own and enough storing space for your personal belongings. The bedrooms have excellent new (2007) bedding to make your sleeping as comfortable as possible. The beds can be placed in king or in twin position.

First Floor
The open stairs in the living room lead to the first floor, where two bedrooms are located. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. So you can have full privacy here too. On one of the bedrooms a children’s crib can be added. Both bedrooms have very good bedding, box spring type.

Every bedroom has a split unit air conditioner, which is very silent in doing his job. The remote controls make it easy to adjust it to your personal needs.

From the gallery you have a nice view to the lower floor and you can view the people who are in the living room. On these moments you realize again that these beautiful villas are much above the average standard of holiday accommodations.
