A more central location is hard to imagine on Curaçao if you decide to spend your vacation in Juliana Residence. For those who have ever visited Curaçao, the neighborhood of Julianadorp (‘Village of Juliana, named after the former Queen of the Netherlands) is well known: a beautiful part of Willemstad, an upscale residential area with lush gardens and only a few minutes from the Piscadera and Otrobanda area, a large shopping center and the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao.

In this area a small closed community was built in 2007 with 12 semi detached townhouses only: Juliana Residence. Built in the special architecture of the Dutch 1930’s (this was typical for the most upscale Dutch towns). Very special for Curaçao, not for Julianadorp as many of the villas in this part are built this way. Not surprising if you realize that in the 1950’s the top management of the large industries was accommodated here. You will enjoy the spacious lots with large villas, wide lanes and mature tropical gardens. This part of Curaçao can be described best as ‘the Dutch Tropics’.

It is here that we can offer you two large villas in ‘townhouse’-style, also to be described as semi-detached villas.
Both villas can accommodate up to 6 people and have 3 bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom. You want to come with more than 6 people? No problem, as both villas are side-by-side. So you can book both of them, enjoy your vacation with 12 people maximum but without being in one villa all the time. So, more privacy and maximum fun.

Each villa measures about 200m2 (about 2200 sq. feet) and from your terrace/porch you will reach the common pool in about 20 meters (70 feet), which can be used only by the guests of this closed community. So your peace and rest is assured but you will have enough possibilities to meet and talk to other residents if you’d like to.
The area is fenced and only accessible for residents. Therefore you feel very safe while enjoying your vacation.

Curaçao means a very enjoyable stay where sun, water and a beautiful nature are central. Its very nice people will welcome you with a smile and do everything to let you decide to return for a next time. Curaçao is different from other Caribbean destinations as it is ‘real and original’ and not completely focused on tourism only. People are living their normal life here and invite you to participate in that.
